Virtual Server Hosting: Our Apple Server gives your website a complete "virtual server" hosting setup including your own "error" pages and "no access" files (instead of the traditional gray server response pages on other servers).

Free MGI Shopping Basket and Other Features: Many shopping cart systems require licensing for each website using its programming. Often those "keys" or licenses can cost anywhere from $500 to thousands of dollars, plus the cost of programming the website to work with the system. But at TACWeb, use of our MGI server functions are included in our hosting rates. So the only cost in using MGI features are just in the web development and programming. Slick Mail Forms: As an alternative to using MGI to process simple forms, our server is also equipped with the "Flex Mail" system which returns your own "thank you" and "mail error" pages to your visitors. See the Flexmail Support Page for technical info.

Multiple Domain Names: TAC can register as many domain names to your site as you like with no additional hosting charges. This can save your company money because many Internet Providers will charge you $5-$10 per month per domain name for the same service. Plus, each domain will work at your website with its own unique URLs. This could have significant advantages when registering separate domains with search engines.

Free Secure Page Hosting: All TACWeb's website hosting clients are entitled to use our ShopNet Mall Secure Server at no additional charge. Websites using a different hosting service or one of our page hosting plans can add a secure page to their site for just $7.50 per month. In addition, all Websites that use our ShopNet Mall Secure Server, and meet basic guidelines, can also be featured in our ShopNet Mall.
FTP Access and FTP Accounts: TAC can setup ftp access to your site for uploading and downloading files at your site. In addition, TAC can setup ftp accounts with separate usernames and passwords. In and example, one of our clients has several of it's clients upload data files to their site on a daily bases. Each of their clients has a separate username and password, and only has access to one specified directory. This can not be achieved on most other servers because it would give the clients access to the entire website directory instead of specified directories within the site.

Your Own "Search This Site" Feature: TAC's Apple Server has a built in search indexing tool which will return results with your custom results pages (not a public system like Excite's Search system which is common among many other servers).
